It will likely take at least one to two weeks for changes to be reflected in MLS and on www.lds.org.  If you need contact information for anyone in your new ward, you can still log onto lds.org with your LDS Account (if you don't have an LDS Account, you only need your date of birth and full name to set it up) and look up names of people in any ward in the stake.  From www.lds.org, click on the Tools menu and then the Directory menu item.
